Pricing
Lexega is licensed by the team, by the year. A license is a signed key the CLI verifies offline: nothing is metered and nothing is sent to Lexega. Formatting, analysis and review are free without a key.

No key, no sign-up and no usage limits.
fmt, analyze, reviewandciwith every built-in rule and every dialect- Custom rules
- Catalog integration (
catalog pull,--catalog) - Rule files and reports in cloud storage (
s3://,gs://,az://) - SARIF and GitLab SAST output, and PR comments
Each statement is analyzed as written. 52 of the 930 built-in rules depend on semantic analysis; without it they stay silent or report less precisely, and every report says how many rules that affects.
The same analysis is published as source: see Open Edition.
Team
$10,000 per year. The first ten teams pay a founding price of $6,000 per year, and keep it at every renewal.
A Team license covers one team of up to 25 people who commit SQL. Repositories, pipelines, CI runners and machines are not counted, and neither are people who only read the results.
Team adds to Free:
- Semantic analysis. Analysis across scopes, statements and scripts: nullability, constraint propagation, lineage, taint, dynamic-SQL resolution and cross-statement schema state. The 52 rules above run at full depth.
- dbt and Jinja rendering. Templated SQL is analyzed as it will run.
- Semantic diff.
diffcompares two commits and reports what the change does. 73DIFF-*rules apply only to a diff. - Cross-script analysis. A directory of scripts is analyzed as one connected set.
- Policy enforcement. Allow, warn or block by environment, with exceptions and decision records.
- Dashboard. A local web UI over your reports and decisions.
- Runtime gate.
mcpandanalyze --mode runtimecheck SQL that an agent or application generates before it executes.
A license runs for one year and includes every release in that year. Support is by email.
How to buy
Buy with a card. Your license key is shown and emailed as soon as the payment clears. Card purchases are sold by Paddle, our reseller, which handles payment, tax and the receipt.
To pay by invoice instead, email [email protected].
Enterprise
An Enterprise license has the same features as Team. It covers use across an organization (more than 25 people, or more than one team), and its price and support terms are set by agreement.
Email [email protected].
Trial
A trial key unlocks every feature for 30 days, with no card. Request one.
Questions
Who counts toward the 25 people? Anyone who commits SQL, such as queries, migrations, dbt models or stored procedures, to a repository the team analyzes with the license. People who only review findings or read reports do not count.
What happens when a license expires? For 30 days the key keeps working and the CLI prints a warning. After that the CLI runs at the Free tier, and a run that uses a Team option stops with a message naming it.
Does the key need a network connection? No. The CLI verifies the key's signature locally, so it works in CI and in air-gapped environments.
Can we get a refund? Yes, within 14 days. See the Refund Policy.
What are the terms? The License Agreement governs every tier, including Free.
Prices are in US dollars and exclude any sales tax or VAT that applies.
